Day 10 - Uluru to Erldunda
It’s time to start heading home on day 10, so we’ll retrace our steps back to Erldunda.
If you would like to spend some of day 10 at Uluru, just let us know and you can meet us back at the campsite later. We wouldn’t recommend driving back after dark though, just because of the increased risk of hitting a kangaroo.

It’s a straight run east from Yulara to Erldunda, but you’ll already know that by the time we’re heading home.
Curtain Springs is a great place to stop for a break along the way. They make their own beautiful paper out of native grasses. We definitely recommend stopping to grab some and taking the paper mill tour if you have time. -
Erldunda Desert Oaks Resort
Our campsite for the night is Erldunda Desert Oaks Resort, so you’ll have another opportunity to feed the emus and take a selfie with Cluck Norris!
